*Please keep in mind that Canadian Laws are open to interpretation. So if you feel very strongly that you are meeting or exceeding certain expectations found by me, we can go over it, consider your perspective and hey, who knows maybe you'll have something to educate others on. This is not an audit to cause you fear, but to support you in providing your service to families.

Return and Refund policy: Cancellation of 48 hours required for a full Refund no questions asked. I'll be here if you need it in the future.

SHIPPING INFO
Distance costs: I deliver my services to anywhere on Vancouver Island.
*I am happy to travel and offer my services in other regions and to rerual or remote communities but would have to add additional potential travel expences (eg Ferry, Motel, Gas, or Airfair if required). If you have reasonalbe recommendations to lower the costs, I am open to suggestions and pretty flexable.
